With Our Event Planning Service
We are offering event planning consulting for $250.00.
Such a small price to pay to leave your guests in awe or to hear them say this
was the most beautiful event ever, not a detail missed! We have been
planning awesome events since 2005. No event is too big or too small.
Get the expertise that you need at a very affordable price for your wedding,
special event, or party.
Here Is How It Works:
- Fill out the event
questionnaire and send it to us.
EVENT REQUEST FORM
- Call us at
727-810-3545 to make an appointment
- Your appointment will be confirmed by one of our
event planners.
- After your appointment is confirmed, you pay the
$250.00 non refundable deposit that is applied towards your final invoice
should you hire us.
- An event planner will meet with you at your venue
*or at our office for a one (1) hour session to provide you with ideas,
inspiration and advisement specifically for your special event or wedding
decorations and venue.
- Clients can opt for a telephone consultation which
is free of charge.
*Consultation fee is not waived for site visits.
During your consultation, the
event planner will answer questions such as:
- How can I implement my theme and/or color scheme?
- How can I add spice and sophistication to my venue?
- What type of centerpieces should I use that fits my
theme and budget?
- How can I use lighting and/or draping?
- Are there any fantastic details that can set my
event apart from others?
- How can I hide the eyesores in my venue?
- Should I incorporate specialty table linens or chair
covers with other party decorations?
